This year the Rosé is a blend of Rome Beauty apples (first grown 1817) and Texas-grown Tempranillo grapes. Notes of strawberry, peaches and cream, a hint of spice and plum on the nose, and a crisp apple finish. 8.1%ABV. Black's BBQ Austin and Puli-Ra are collaborating on a meat and sides-with-a-spin plate. There will also be live music from Jomo and The Possum Posse and Max Zimmet and Eddie Collins, sweet treats from I Knead That and Mom & Pops All Natural Frozen Pops, and a brisket slicing demo from Barrett Black.
