Treaty Oak will have a five-course dinner with beer and cocktail pairings brought to you by Executive Chef Chris Andrews and Beverage Director Tony Gonzales.

Menu items include:

First course

  • Acornseekers Farm Jamon Iberico
  • Olive oil biscuit, smoked black garlic
  • with French ’75

Second course

  • Spicy BBQ Royal Red Shrimp
  • Bleu cheese grits, pecan brittle
  • with IPA

Third course

  • Gin Compressed Watermelon Salad
  • Dandelion greens, quinine vinaigrette, local feta
  • with Pink Peppercorn GNT

Fourth course

  • Alice’s Chicken Fried Steak
  • Creamed Mexican street corn, charred jicama, jalapeno and cilantro slaw
  • with Brightside Blonde

Fifth course

  • Old Fashioned Cocktail Ice Cream Sandwich
  • Candied orange peel, warm cherry compote
  • with Rye Whiskey, apple and rosemary smoked ice
