Cats from Japan is a mysterious supergroup of Austin musicians brought together for one sole purpose: the re-creation of David Bowie's The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars album and the ensuing live touring presentation. All the danger and excitement of one of rock 'n' roll's seminal bands is conjured into a multi-sensory glam-rock experience, complete with outrageous costumes, psychedelic guitar meltdowns and the pompous flair of Ziggy himself.
