Rosa Nussbaum structured the exhibit as a kind of theme park, using sculpture, performance, video, and a slideshow to explore how the car becomes a lens that focuses and reshapes the world around her. Like one big refracted eye, the vast expanse of the windshield frames her vision as she is surrounded yet disconnected in this membrane of metal.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through June 6.
