A coterie of lucky guests recently got to live the luxe life — at least for the evening — at a private party hosted by Kuper Sotheby's International Realty.
Held at 4003 Chamisa Dr., an exquisite, nine-bedroom, European-style estate near Lake Austin, the house party delighted its 150 guests with plenty of good food from Alfred's Catering; flowing drinks; live music from Jonathan Ellington; and the rare opportunity to get an up-close and personal look at several sleek Ferarri cars, courtesy of Ferrari of Austin.
Attendees could mingle in any of the eight expansive living and entertaining spaces, including a fully equipped theater that would make any cinephile hesitant to visit a commercial movie theater again.
The party continued into the 1,000-square-foot entertaining room and upstairs on the third floor, where an elevator whisked revelers to the recreational haven. Each of these spaces is outfitted with a full wet bar, though at this particular party the specialty cocktails were provided by Keel vodka.
Outside, guests could gather around the pool, spa, or under the more than 3,000 square feet of covered porches. Thanks to additional sponsors RBFCU, A Life With Art, and Central Texas Valet, each attendee left imagining what it would be like to live in this dream home, which just happens to be on the market, listed at $5,950,000.
