Hundreds of dogs and Austinites strolled down South Congress Avenue on Saturday for the 16th Annual Lyndon Lambert Memorial Easter Pet Parade. 

The event, benefiting Austin Pets Alive! featured some of the city's cutest pets decked out in their most clever costumes. Click through for more of our favorites.

Second place winner of the costume contest, Chunk, dressed as Willie Nelson.

First place winners, Joyce Hays' chows, Jolene and Elvira, dressed as Bonnie and Clyde.

Third place winner, Ziggy, dressed as Ziggy Marley.

George, dressed as the Pope.

Amanda Skillern and her dog, Bear, dressed as a Star Wars Ewok.

This pup took the stage dressed as a butterfly in a garden.

The pets weren't the only ones parading around South Congress on Saturday. 

The Dead Music Capital band played as participants walked down South Congress Avenue.

The parade drew hundreds of people to the Jo's Coffee parking lot.
