Improvised comedy inspired by the long-running TV show Whose Line Is It Anyway? comes to ACL Live this weekend. The 90-minute production will test the creativity, wit, and comedic timing of cast members Jeff B. Davis, Joel Murray, Ryan Stiles, and Grey Proops while the audience enjoys an entirely unscripted experience. Broadway in Austin: Dear Evan Hansen
Hit musical Dear Evan Hansen comes to Bass Concert Hall direct from its success on Broadway. This profound reflection on life and the human condition was adapted from the book by Tony Award winner Steven Levenson, with a score by Grammy, Tony, and Academy Award winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, and direction by four-time Tony Award nominee Michael Greif. Performances scheduled through December 15.

This year, the Austin Music Video Festival expands to include even more music videos, screenings, concerts, panels, parties, and an award show at venues around the city. Since its founding in 2015, AMVF has become a top destination for music fans, and this year’s festival is set to include events and activities such as a Rooster Teeth Animation Workshop, a video retrospective with OK Go, and a live performance from Wild Child.
