There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available, from helping weekly in client riding lessons to assisting with event planning and administrative tasks to group work days. Head here for more details and to schedule a visit.
There are many events throughout the year, but the signature event is the annual Horsepower Gala that happens in early November. In 2019, the event had over 120 attendees, with 16 local corporate sponsors and raised almost $30k.
As with most therapeutic riding centers, the riders pay a fee tuition for their lesson times. Scholarships are offered to help families for which cost may be a limiting factor, as well as accepting some medical insurance programs.
