The world of opera and succulent sausages will collide in a unique evening festival in Elgin. Opera singers from the Franco-American Vocal Academy along with a chamber orchestra will serenade crowds of fans with a two-hour performance of La Vie Parisienne​, a fantasy spree in Paris joli. 

Attendees will also enjoy an art show and competition, a raffle, a choir performance and, above all else, links upon links of delicious sausage.
