Revel’s 8th concert season continues with the 2017 Revel Solstice Festival: A Blank Canvas. In recent years, the Revel Solstice Festival has been a one-week festival taking place around the time of the summer solstice, but this year’s offerings have expanded to include 17 unique, interactive chamber music and arts events.

Interactive components include a Loving Kindness Meditation led by psychologist Dr. Mark Adams, a variety of creative writing and thinking exercises offered by leading poets and authors, a lesson in walnut ink drawing from artist Adrienne Hodge, the debut of a new work for electronics and audience by composer and arts innovator Steve Parker, and a group voice lesson with mezzo-soprano Liz Cass.
