The Austin Crawfish Festival, known as the largest seafood celebration in Central Texas, will feature over 20,000 lbs. of crawfish, two stages with live music, beer gardens, carnival games, gator pits, and the finest local brands, including the Cajun Skillet, cooking up their famous gumbo and jambalaya.

This event will have over 20+ Cajun cuisine and crawfish vendors originating from Louisiana and Texas. Attendees will experience crawfish prepared in every imaginable way - fried, boiled, in an étouffée, pie or jambalaya, along with other Cajun favorites (shrimp, gumbo, catfish and fries, just to name a few). The infamous Pineapple Ninjaz will be making Crawfish nachos. Non-seafood and vegan options are also available.

Festival entertainment on two stages features Texas Country and New Orleans Jazz sounds, including artists Wayne Toups, Ruben Moreno, Jesse Lege and Bosco Stomp, Charles Thibodeaux and The Austin Cajun Aces, Boss Street Brass Band, and more.

Tickets previously purchased for the 2020 and 2021 Austin Crawfish Festival (cancelled due to Covid-19), will be honored this year. 2020 and 2021 ticket holders can attend either on March 5 or 6.
