Each year AIA Austin recognizes the work completed by members at its Design Awards Celebration. This year’s submissions span a diverse collection of projects; a jury of respected architects from around the country review and award those excelling in architectural design, technical ability, environmental response and/or social impact. Innovation is recognized at multiple levels, from urban strategies to detail details. This year’s awards focus on the importance of sustainable design, and a special commendation for this feature may be awarded at the jury’s discretion. Guests can share in the excitement of award winners while enjoying food, cocktails, a photo booth, pop-up lounges and more.
