Linda Manz will chill your soul as Cebe, a disaffected, punk-worshipping teenager whose dad (Dennis Hopper) is in prison for a school bus accident (brought to life in the nightmarish opening scene). Living with her junkie mother, Cebe has to embrace the very essence of detached, fuck-you punk attitude just to get survive. Hoping that their lives will turn around when her dad gets out of prison, she tragically discovers that the terrors of addiction and abuse can be inescapable and the movie builds to an all-time gut-wrenching shocker of an ending.
