The All Genders, Lifestyles, and Identities Film Festival (aGLIFF) will go virtual for 2020 over two weekends. The online festival, aGLIFF 33: Prism, will offer more than 50 feature and short films showcasing the diverse experiences of queer people.
House of Cardin, a rare peek into the mind of genius French-Italian designer Pierre Cardin, will screen as part of the festival. Other feature films will include the Texas premiere of The Capote Tapes; closing film Ahead of The Curve; and a special “work in progress” screening of Women in Blue, which follows the Minneapolis Police Department’s first female chief, Janee Harteau embarking on a mission to remake the department by ridding it of corruption, demanding accountability and re-training the officers.
Festival organizers will present the films using Eventive Virtual Festival, a premium online service created to allow film festivals around the country to run films and events in a secure, ticketed, on-demand and live streaming format.
