Andewsak & Cheri Coffee and Flowers (partnered with Bolm Arts) presents “Flowers & Friends,” a pop-up art exhibition celebrating flowers and the communities that they inspire. Thirteen local artists (six painters, two ceramicists, a florist, and four mixed media artists) come together with a longing for spring and visions of color.
What art grows out of the mind of an artist during these tumultuous winter months? Does the absence of color under grey skies depress creativity? Or does the artist prevail in their search for meaning against the current backdrop of economic and geopolitical instability. Through connection with community and blossoming friendships, the artist surely will.
