This four-course, traditional Italian dinner, features dishes inspired by the Emilia Romagna region of Italy. Each dish is paired with a glass of wine, handpicked by our sommelier, Piergiorgio Manna.
- First Course: Piadina, Salame e Parmigiano Paired with Branchini, Frizzante Pignoletto
- Second Course: Lasagna Bolognese Paired with Alfredo Bertolani Lambrusco Rose
- Third Course: Seppie Umido - Stewed Cuttlefish Paired with Branchini, Sangiovese
- Fourth Course: Crostata ai Frutti di Bosco - Wild Berries Tart Paired with Gemma Rubia, Lambrusco Dolce
