Andiamo Ristorante will host their monthly wine dinner featuring food and wines from the region of Trentino Alto Adige. The four-course dinner will feature chef-crafted authentic Italian dishes, paired with four glasses of unique wines from the region of Trentino Alto Adige.

  • 1st course: Crostini di polenta formaggi fusi e funghi - baked plenta with mushroom and creamy cheese fondue paired with Cantina Bolzano Pinot Bianco Alto Adige
  • 2nd course: Schlutzkrapfen - typical Alto Adige homemade spinach ravioli with butter sauce paired with Cantina Bolzano Lagrein Rosato
  • 3rd course: Stufato di agnello - lamb stew paired with cantina Bolzano Lagrein Perl
  • 4th course: Strudel di mele - apple strudel paired with St. Magdalena Rosso
