Andiamo Ristorante's monthly Wine Dinner will feature four courses of authentic Italian dishes crafted by Andiamo's chef, all paired with unique wines selected by wine professional Pier Giorgio Manna.
This dinner will include:
- First: Parmigiana di melanzane (eggplant parmigiana), paired with Alberto Longo Le Valli 2016
- Second: Orecchiette casarecce (homestyle orecchiette), paired with Alberto Longo Primitivo 2016
- Third: Spigola al cartoccio (Sea bass in foil), paired with Alberto Longo ";Le Fossette" 2016
- Fourth: Salame dolce (sweet chocolate salami), paired with Alberto Longo Cacc'e Mmitte di Lucera 2014
