Andiamo Ristorante presents February Wine Dinner

Andiamo Ristorante' monthly wine dinner will feature a four-course meal prepared by Andiamo's chef paired with four wines picked by professional sommelier Piergiorgio Manna.
The dinner will include:
- First Course: Fritto misto, alici, gamberi e calamari (mixed fried seafood), paired with De Forville Chardonnay Ca' del Buc
- Second Course: Pasta arlecchino (zucchini pasta, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes in basil olive oil), paired with Firriato Etna Rosso Sicily
- Third Course: Arrosto di maiale alla birra con i funghi (beer roasted pork with mushrooms), paired with Jasci Montepulciano d' Abruzzo
- Fourth Course: Migliaccio (typical Neapolitan Carnival millet cake), paired with Marchesi Incisa Felice Moscato d'Ast
