Andiamo will present a four-course traditional Italian dinner inspired by the Umbria region of Italy, with each course paired with an exceptional wine.

  • 1st Course​: Crostini con polpa di olive - Crostini with Olive Pulp​ with Vernaccia Bianco​
  • 2nd Course: Porchetta - Roasted Pork belly with Montefalco Rosso​
  • 3rd Course: Linguine al Tartufo - Linguni with truffle and saffron with Rosso dei Monti​
  • 4th Course: ​Fagittino di Formaggio - Bundle of melted cheese in puff pastry with ​Sagrantino
