Complete with bass, fiddle, washboard, banjo and a guitar, the Whiskey Shivers quintet will be joining Wood & Wire, The Blackwells, and Rooster Jenkins will be joining folk forces in a show that will not disappoint. If one thing is for sure--these guys are a talented bunch of musicians.
Wood & Wire, featuring mostly bluegrass and Americana swing elements, will perform everything from three part harmonies to rippin' fast instrumentals. Fans can also anticipate some original music written by the talented multi-instrumentalist Matt Slusher and Tony Kamel.
The Blackwells are a family-style American Folk/Rock band hailing from Austin.
Rooster Jenkins began with Tricky Jones, who garnered her musical reputation while living in Chicago. The band is currently comprised of Marty Mack, Kelly Knowles, Colleen Butler, and Tricky Jones.
