Apis Restaurant and Apiary is hosting a special pop-up dinner during The Buzz Stops Here exhibition to benefit the Sustainable Food Center. In addition to the seven-course, honey-heavy tasting menu, guests will learn more about the science and conservation of bees with gallery director, Hayley Gillespie. The night's dishes will be showcased on local artist Keith Kreeger's incredible porcelain plates. Dinner is BYOB, although a signature cocktail from Apis will be available at no charge.
