Now in its third year, the TEMPO temporary art program provides emerging and experienced artists the opportunity to create innovative, thought-provoking artwork that affects the way people experience their environments. Ten Austin-area artists and artist teams were selected to create short term, site-specific works that engage public spaces in a new way and bring art to all 10 council districts. The art will be on display through January 2016; individual installation periods vary.
Featured artists:
- Yareth Fernandez
- Yuliya Lanina
- Melissa Borrell, Hanna Lupico, and Rodolfo Magnus
