Art for the People has created two exhibitions to showcase Austin artists - “ARRAY” and “Into the Garden.”
The gallery selected 23 Austin artists and over 60 pieces of art for "ARRAY." Cristina White-Jones’ “Find Your Rainbow” is a vivid and vivacious abstract about each of us finding our own “rainbow.” Gary Swenor traveled to Caddo Lake to capture the mesmerizing and mystical image that he titled “Old Folks Playground.” Sylvia Troconis’ curiosity with the theory of light inspired her to create Sketch Undulatory Theory #1.
The beauty of “Into the Garden” will encompass guests as they walk the imaginary path and experience the plethora of color in Hannah Zeeb’s Scabiosa #1. Rachel Noffke’s artwork will bring people to another visual level where they will almost feel the soil on their boots as they step (metaphorically) into her “Steeped in Abundance.” The coquettish Fall Wildflower by Maridad Studio has the vibrancy of colorful florals that is the epitome of garden life.
