Art.Science.Gallery. will present an evening of live music in the gallery with artist and musician Landry McMeans. McMeans sings soulful alt-country originals over her reverb heavy electrified dobro. Her lilting, airy vocals have often been compared to Alison Kraus, as well as Margo Timmins of Cowboy Junkies. The sound as a whole is a western bound "road trip chauffeured by Cat Power and Neil Young," with upbeat songs that are danceable, nostalgic, and up-lifting.
