ATX Chamber Music and Jazz presents Words of Passion with Dover Quartet

The Dover Quartet will perform works by Turina, Janacek, and Schubert, and recount the personal stories behind the conception of each work. The 2024 Texas Poet Laureate, Amanda Johnston, will introduce the pieces and do a book signing before the concert.

To enhance the overall sensory experience, expert mixologists led by Joe Kennedy will craft Spanish-inspired cocktails and Spanish Chef Fer Candil will prepare Spanish tapas, available for purchase.
