Austin Bold FC will host the first Bold Block Party during their home game July 31 against its regional rivals, San Antonio FC. The Block Party will give fans an exclusive first look at COTALAND, including free rides for kids all night, and the opportunity to hangout with Dalé, Austin Bold’s new mascot.
The first 1,000 fans will receive a free Austin Bold FC soccer ball upon entry. After the match families can meet the players in “Autograph Alley,” and get photos and autographs with the team.
During the Bold Block Party, families can enjoy COTALAND, an amusement park in the Grand Plaza, snap a photo with the Bold’s mascot Dalé, and challenge each other to a game of cornhole. Fans can also show their Bold pride with a face painter and snack on fair-inspired food including shaved ice, popcorn, cotton candy, and funnel cake. Guests looking to explore new heights can visit the top of the 22-story, 251-foot tall Observation Tower, which gives viewers a 360-degree view of the track and makes for a great photo opportunity.
