The Austin chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier International, whose members are local female culinary and hospitality professionals, will host its spring fundraiser at the Texas Farmers Market at Mueller. This culinary garage sale will offer gently used cookbooks, cookware, linens, china, flatware and more. Funds raised will support scholarships for local women pursuing their education in the culinary and hospitality fields.
