This private dinner after-party for the Austin Fermentation Festival features an exclusive meet-and-greet with keynote speaker Sandor Katz. Providing dinner bites include chefs from Qui, Salt & Time, Dai Due, Bola Pizza, Lenoir, Mum Foods and la V.  Proceeds from this event will benefit local food and farm advocates Farm and Ranch Freedom Alliance and the Sustainable Food Center.
