As part of the series Devil in the Garden: The Films of Luchino Visconti, Austin Film Society will present Senso. Visconti perhaps never achieved more elegant heights than he does in this beautifully photographed pairing of 19th-century Italian aristocracy and the operatic grandeur of Bruckner and Verdi.
