Chef David Bull of Congress, Second Bar + Kitchen and Bar Congress pays tribute to his Italian heritage and culinary beginnings with a sky-high, limited-seating dinner in the penthouse of The Austonian. This edition of the Austin Food & Wine Alliance's Wine & Dine Dinner Series will feature a five-course dinner paired with premium wines against the backdrop of one of the the best views of Austin.
