Electronic gaming is a huge industry, larger even than music and film, and encompasses options and platforms for everyone: from casual games on smartphones to visually realistic games on consoles and PCs to massive online games and platforms leveraging data centers and clouds. It has inspired tremendous amounts of content on social media and streaming services, and has spawned E-sports leagues and competitions. And yet, gaming should not be thought of solely in terms of entertainment. Advances in games and delivery platforms drive technology advances in components and systems that have benefits in other areas of business and life, and gaming techniques can be used to enhance education and learning, human productivity, skills development and training, and more.

Gaming and design experts Patrick Currey (Farbridge) and Erik Summa (Dell Technologies) will talk about the latest trends and technologies and trends in gaming (including those just announced at CES), how the gaming industry and landscape are changing, and how gaming is and may change other aspects of business and society.
