Based on the hit Broadway musical from acclaimed writer Lin-Manuel Miranda, In the Heights tells the story of a New York-based Latin American community, Washington Heights, in the build-up to a blackout that changes their lives in ways they could never have predicted.
Residents and visitors can bring their blanket or lawn chairs for a fun and relaxing evening under the beautiful Austin night sky. Dogs, picnics and lawn chairs are welcome. Alcoholic beverages, glass, and styrofoam are not permitted in the park.
