Austin Shakespeare will present Shakespeare's Antony & Cleopatra. The staged reading features two powerhouse actors, Franchelle S. Dorn (Medea) and Robert Ramirez (director of The Comedy of Errors in Zilker Park). Both actors are faculty members in The University of Texas Department of Theatre. Dorn just returned from a successful run in the Off-Broadway production of 20th Century Blues. Ramirez is at Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre, having just directed The Merchant of Venice this summer. The staged reading will be performed by a cast of 14 in full costume.
