Hedda, the recent bride of George Tesman, returns from their honeymoon to a new home that promises the domestic perfection of 1950s magazines. Hedda discovers that the secret love of her youth, Edmund Lovborg, is coming to compete for a professorship with her academic husband. Lovborg has given up a life of alcoholism, making him all the more interesting and problematic. Will Hedda succumb to forbidden desires, meddle with her husband’s job prospects or simply whip up the beautiful and breezy life of a model wife? The suspense could be deadly.

Gwendolyn Kelso plays the lovely and potent Hedda.
