The Austin Symphony presents Hartman Foundation Concerts in the Park

The Hartman Foundation Concerts in the Park will feature different musical ensembles presented by the Austin Symphony Orchestra.

In its eighteenth summer season, these informal concerts allow Austinites to become acquainted or reacquainted with the classical music experience. The concerts feature music from jazz and light classical to pops selections and film scores. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner and blanket, and make it a group outing.

CONCERT SCHEDULE:

  • May 30 – Big Band, Conductor Anthony Corroa
  • June 6 – Brass Quintet
  • June 13 – String Ensemble, Conductor Peter Bay
  • June 20 – Brass Quintet
  • June 27: Chamber Ensemble - Peter Bay, conductor
  • July 11: Woodwind Quintet
  • July 18: String Quartet
  • July 25: Brass Ensemble
  • August 1: Woodwind Quintet
  • August 8: Chamber Ensemble
