Aviary Wine & Kitchen will host a dinner featuring the wines of Old Westminster, who are single handily bringing the Maryland wine scene back to the eyes of the public with their inventive, and farm forward style of winemaking.
Old Westminster Winery produces roughly 120,000 bottles a year from grapes grown on the farm or at neighboring vineyards in an effort to showcase all of the potential of the region’s winegrowing. They were also the first Maryland winery to can some of their wines.
This multi-course pairing dinner will let the Old Westminster family tell their story of how they came to be, their purpose amongst the wine landscape of America, and the ethos behind their style of winemaking all partnered alongside Chef Andre Molina's take on the Texas farm offerings of the Spring season.
