Texas pride is closely tied to the Battle of the Alamo, which is probably why this historical event has been featured in American film again and again. Explore the fact and fiction behind Hollywood's quintessential Alamo story with Texas historian Dr. Frank De la Teja and film expert Tom Copeland, who will guide you through several clips representing various eras of Alamo film history  — complete with coonskin caps.

Please note that admission is free, but a RSVP is encouraged
