Bacalar will host the second in a series of El Paso-inspired dinners, bringing a taste of home to the Texas capital. The meal will include El Paso chefs like Emiliano Marentes, EL EMI; Nayely Castillo, HAGS; Jaime Villanueva, Bowie HS; Danny Calleros, Ardovino’s; Michael Diaz, Oseyo; Andre Natera, Chefs PSA; and Marco Olivares, Lola Rose. The event will be hosted by Chef Gabe Erales of Bacalar and Tómalo.
The idea behind the evening is to expose local and ex-pat talent - chefs, artists, and musicians - while bringing El Paso natives together for an evening of cooking and camaraderie, all supporting a good cause.
