A new addition to the Austin Bacon and Beer Festival this year is a cooking class hosted by local chef Andrew Curren of Easy Tiger fame. In the "Porchetta Butchering Demo and Cooking Class" you will be taught how to handle porchetta while you enjoy treats from Dos Lunas Artisan Cheese as well as some of the craft breweries participating in the fest. The class is only open for the first 30 people who purchase tickets.
