Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden is extending the Mardi Gras party with a themed Smoke Out Saturday followed by a Fat Tuesday celebration.
Smoke Out Saturday will be Cajun-themed with a whole cooked hog served over dirty rice and brews from Abita Brewing Company. There will be live music all day from Gumbo Ya Ya, Greg Izor & Marco Pandolfi, Greg Izor & The Box Kickers, Gumbo Ce Soir and Boss Street Brass Band.
The menu on Fat Tuesday features Louisiana fare like boudin balls and beignets. Bell’s Brewery from Kalamazoo, Michigan is officially expanding to Texas and Banger’s will be one of the first locations to serve their brews with a 10-tap takeover that evening.
