Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden will celebrate Shiner Beer’s 108th birthday by featuring the new Shiner Birthday Beer release. The Birthday beer is a dark-roasted specialty malt with cold-brew coffee made in collaboration with Chameleon Cold-Brew. Representatives from Shiner and Chameleon will be attending with tents set up in the beer garden.
In addition, Banger’s will be serving a beer cocktail made with Chameleon cold brew to kick off their new beer cocktail program. The drink, Mono Grande, will be composed of Punt e Mes (Italian Vermouth), simple syrup, Chameleon Cold-Brew Black Coffee and stout, topped with grated cinnamon and a float of heavy cream.
