Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden presents Yonder Way Farm Dinner

Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden is teaming up with Yonder Way Farm for a special supper at their farm in Fayetteville, Texas. After introductory mingling, drinks and light bites, the Kramers will lead guests on a walking tour of the farm. Banger’s will serve a variety of appetizers and drinks at stops along the tour including dry rub-smoked ribs, and bourbon-cured ham sliders.

Supper features five smoked whole hogs that were raised on the farm, pulled tableside and seasoned with southern-style pull juice. Side dishes include drop biscuits, yeast rolls, cast iron cornbread; southern style deviled eggs; arugula salad; baked beans with ham hocks, pineapple, jalapeños and BBQ sauce; southern-style collard greens; and corn on the cob seasoned with sea salt, pepper, cotija cheese and lime juice.

The dinner also includes beer pairings from Live Oak Brewery, along with wines from around the country. After supper, guests will move to the campfire area to enjoy dutch oven apple cobbler along with a selection of spiced wine, house-made hot chocolate, coffee, and tea.
