Barley Swine presents Bell's Brewery Beer Dinner
Barley Swine and Bell’s Brewery will present a beer dinner. Chef Bryce Gilmore and his team will prepare cuisine inspired by local farmers and pair each dish with unique beers by Bell’s. Guests will be treated to a five-course dinner with a beer pairing for each course. The beer lineup includes the Oarsman Ale. Other beers like the Lager Of The Lakes and Two Hearted Ale. The list also includes the Octoberfest, a beer which spends a full six weeks fermenting, perfect for the transition into autumn. These will be joined by The Wild One, a Sour Brown Ale. The dinner menu will be unique to this evening, allowing for guests to experience the perfect pairing of these beers with the coursed dinner using seasonal ingredients available that day.
