This year, Will Rivera from highly acclaimed restaurant Cured will be giving demonstrations at the EggFest University along with Rob Lippincott, owner, and operator of Guero’s Taco Bar; John Henry, proprietor of John Henry’s Food Products; and Matt Pittman, pitmaster of Meat Church Barbecue. Texas Craft beer will be provided by Karbach, Twisted X, Austin Eastciders and Pedernales.
