After a prodigal season away from Beerthoven, Invoke has returned with a feast of music from their classical/minimalist/bluegrass/folk originals to the world premiere of Ignacio Rosado's work, Umbrascopes, inspired by the events of the 1878 total eclipse in the heart of Texas. Invoke will also be joined by violist Blake Turner of the Austin Symphony Orchestra for a performance of Karl Mitze's quintet, The Wrong Kind of Church.
