BiGAUSTIN is helping put Central Texas back to work with the first summit of a three part series of Small Business @ Work Summit: BiG HealthCARE.  A sever hour small business summit for women and female veterans interested in starting or maintaining a small business in the healthcare industry.  The summit will consist of panel discussions and breakout sessions, exhibit booths for providers and small business owners, complimentary continental breakfast and lunch, and a networking session.  Topics will cover a vast array of issues such as Healthcare and Entrepreneurship, Women's Resources, how to provide Quality Senior Care and care giving, and more. 

BiG HealthCARE brings together a distinguished line-up of speakers from around the country who are experts in healthcare and small business development. Kicking off the events will be the Honorable Texas Senator Kirk Watson and the Honorable Laura Morrison discussing the future of healthcare in Central Texas.  Gary Hoover, one of the nations foremost experts in small business and the creator of BOOKSTOP, will also be speaking. As for the lunch keynote speaker, attendees can look forward to hearing good health news from Colleen Payne, who won the 2011 Positively Powerful Woman Award for Entrepreneurial Leadership.
