Bird Bird Biscuit is a fast-casual joint, focusing on housemade biscuit sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. They'll present their first pop-up, offering three types of biscuit sandwiches, including the Breakfast Classic: melted aged cheddar on top of a house prepared chicken sausage, fried egg and Sriracha mayonnaise, all layered inside a soft, flaky house buttermilk biscuit. Other featured menu items that will be offered at the pop-up include the Bacon, Egg and Cheese and a Fried Chicken Biscuit.
