In celebration of new release Cool & The Gang, The Bearded Baking Company will present a beer and dessert pairing and a walkthrough the delicious treats paired next to four of Blue Owl's sours.

Pairings will include:

Cool and the Gang paired with a Candied Ginger and Honey Gateau
Little Boss paired with a Fresh Strawberry Tart with Chantilly Cream
Van Dayum paired with a Browned Butter Linzer Cookie with Whipped Key Lime Caramel
Spirit Animal paired with a Passion Fruit and Dark Chocolate Profiterole
