BookPeople will put on a special celebration for Independent Bookstore Day. They will have a very special storytime with local author and illustrator Lori Samocha and Lauri Johnston, who will share their book, W Is for Weird: An Austin Alphabet.
There will also be other fun activities, a chance to shop exclusive merchandise in-store, and participate in the local ATX Bookstore Crawl, organized by some wonderful ladies of the Austin literary community.
